September Meeting Canceled due to Hurricane Gustav, Join us October 2nd:

When was the last time you shut everything else out and had some you and God time? With our busy schedules, it is difficult to find that quiet time to spend time with our Heavenly Father. Join us October 2nd, as we will be discussing what it means to rest in the Lord. Wear your comfiest pajamas and come relax with us!

You don’t want to miss the next S.O.S. meeting. We have a lot of neat stuff planned. Please feel free to bring a friend.  October 2nd, location to be announced. Please email us if you need directions or if you have any questions.

For our July S.O.S. meeting we decided to kick back and relax and have a good old fashioned Ice Cream Social and Game night. Everyone had a blast and probably left with a belly ache. There was plenty of ice cream to go around and even more toppings. You know it’s going to be a good time when chocolate is involved.

After the first sugar rush, we sat down to play a game called Spoons. Ever heard of it? Well, let me tell you that it is a very dangerous game, especially if you sit next to someone named Holly or Chae. Gustie can tell you first hand after Chae nearly took her arm off going after a spoon. I had a little trouble in the beginning, but I eventually got the hang of it and then I was hooked. A little later we all went back for seconds, this time we went for Coke Floats. All in all, it was an awesome night
